- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan stays free forever and covers invoice creation, payment collection, a shared inbox, and the default theme. Paid plans unlock escalating follow-ups, vendor management, AI agents, and finance controls.
- What does "full platform access" mean for new workspaces?
- Every new workspace starts with full platform access for a short period so you can see how workflows connect across Settle. Nothing will be charged automatically. If you don't subscribe by the end of that period, your workspace continues on the Free plan with your data preserved. Workflows outside your plan pause gracefully and can be resumed anytime.
- I run my business on spreadsheets today. Why pay for this?
- Because spreadsheets don't send invoices, don't take payments, don't follow up with late clients, and don't tell you what's outstanding without you doing the math by hand. Settle does all of that on the free plan, before anyone pays a subscription. Paid plans come into play when you want automation on top, like escalating reminders and approvals. And if you've got history in a spreadsheet today, drop it in. Settle imports clients, vendors, invoices, and transactions from CSV.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect right away, and your access continues uninterrupted through your current billing period.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All paid plans are billed through Stripe and accept major credit cards. You can also pay invoices that you receive through Settle via ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.
- Do you charge per user or per invoice?
- Settle prices on operational complexity, not network participation. There are no per-invoice fees and no per-recipient seat charges. Each plan includes a workspace and additional seats as you scale.
- What's included in Enterprise?
- Enterprise plans add custom email domains, ERP integrations, custom branding, dedicated infrastructure, and a named contact for support. Pricing is custom based on volume and integration scope.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes. Annual billing on paid plans is the equivalent of two months free compared to month-to-month.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something isn't working for you on a paid plan, reach out to [email protected] and we'll work with you to make it right.
- Who is Settle for?
