Bill in their currency.
Track in yours.

You invoice clients in another country. They want to pay in their currency. You want one place that holds every invoice, in every currency, alongside your domestic ones. The invoice stays in the currency you issued it in.

One ledger across regions

Domestic and international,
the same workflow.

Your UK retainer, your US project, and your client in Bengaluru live in one ledger. The invoice composer asks you which currency. Pick EUR, GBP, INR, or any of twenty. The invoice is issued and tracked in that currency end to end.

No separate international workflow. No second login. Cash Pulse shows a domestic line and a per-currency breakdown.

Common questions

What every cross-border invoicer asks.

Question

Which currencies can I invoice in?

Twenty: USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, AUD, NZD, SGD, INR, AED, CHF, SEK, JPY, ILS, SAR, QAR, BRL, MXN, KWD, BHD, OMR. Each invoice is issued and tracked in the currency you pick. The status flow is the same as a USD invoice.

Question

What happens to my historical invoices if exchange rates change?

Nothing. Settle records the original currency on every invoice and never rewrites it. A EUR invoice from last March still shows €3,200 today. Reporting stability beats mark-to-market every time.

Question

Does Settle convert anything to USD automatically?

No. Each currency stays separate, end to end. The ledger is multi-line, not multi-converted. If you need a consolidated USD view for a board pack, you run that conversion yourself or in your accountant's tool, not in Settle.

Question

How does my client actually pay me?

The invoice carries a Pay button. For supported currency and country combinations, Stripe processes card and ACH at checkout. For wires, checks, or local methods, record them as paid in Settle and the status updates. Sent, viewed, paid stays the same flow regardless of the payment rail.

Question

I'm not in the US. Can I still use Settle?

Yes. If you're invoicing US clients from India, Poland, the UK, or LATAM, you can issue invoices in your local currency or in USD. Stripe Connect availability for your home country determines which payment methods you can offer at checkout.

Question

What does Cash Pulse show when I have multiple currencies?

One line per currency. EUR €3,200, GBP £1,800, USD $4,400. You see each currency's revenue independently. No forced conversion. Historical lines stay in their original currency.

Question

What about VAT, GST, withholding tax, or customs?

Settle is an invoicing and AR/AP platform, not a tax or customs platform. We don't calculate, file, or remit any of those. For VAT/GST registration, withholding compliance, or import duties, you work with your accountant or a specialist. Settle holds the invoice record; your tax workflow runs alongside.
