- What does Cash Pulse show me?
- What you earned this month, what's outstanding, who's late, and which clients pay on time. Built from every invoice and payment that goes through Settle, plus anything you record by hand.
- Does it update in real time?
- Yes. Send an invoice and the numbers move. Mark a payment received and the numbers move again. The view you have right now is the view as of right now.
- Can I include payments that didn't go through Stripe?
- Yes. Wire, check, cash, Zelle, Venmo. Mark the invoice paid, pick the method, the transaction joins your ledger. You can also drop in a CSV or XLS export from PayPal or another platform, map the columns once, and save the template for next time.
- I have a spreadsheet of past transactions. Can I bring those in?
- Yes. Drop the file in and tell Settle which column is the amount, which one is the date, which one is the client. Save the mapping once and you can reuse it every time you import. Your history doesn't have to start at zero.
- Does it work across multiple currencies?
- Yes. Cash Pulse shows revenue by currency on its own line. We don't convert anything for you. If you bill in EUR and USD, you see both, separately.
- Can I export the data?
- Yes. Export to CSV any time. Filter by client, date, status, or currency first, and the export matches exactly what's on your screen.
- How is this different from what my accounting software shows me?
