Etsy revenue. Amazon settlements. Shopify payouts. A Stripe retainer. The occasional check. Each platform pays you on its own schedule, in its own report. Settle is the one place that tells you what you actually made this month.

How platform-paid businesses get paid
The platforms
don't talk to each other.
Etsy pays out every Monday. Amazon settles every two weeks. eBay funds release on its own calendar. Shopify rolls daily. PayPal sits until you move it. Then a wholesale buyer drops a $400 check.
Every channel rolls into one revenue picture. Import is the mechanism. Operational clarity is the point.

Question
How do I send an occasional invoice when a platform isn't involved?
Direct client wants to commission something off Etsy? Send them a Settle invoice with a Stripe payment link. The transaction lands in the same revenue view as your platform sales. One ledger covers both modes.

Question
What about payout timing? Etsy pays Monday, Amazon every two weeks.
Settle shows what's in your ledger. Import a settled payout, and the transactions land in your revenue view immediately. Each platform sits on its own schedule on its side; once a payout releases and you import it, your cash picture is up to date. Settle doesn't read pending payouts from platforms.
